Bambury and Company Solicitors was established by the Principal Niamh Bambury in October 2011. We are committed to providing to all of our clients the highest standards of legal expertise and professionalism in an accessible and friendly matter.
Principal, qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 and was employed by a medium sized firm in Dublin dealing with all areas of general practice but in particular personal injury/accident claims, criminal defence, property transactions, employment and family law cases.
Niamh then moved to Fahy Bambury McGeever Solicitors a large specialist criminal defence law firm in Dublin where she received extensive experience in all courts dealing with all types of offences.
Niamh then worked locally in Ballina for a year in a general practice before setting up Bambury and Company Solicitors in October 2011. The office has grown from strength to strength and mainly through referrals from existing clients.
Trainee Solicitor. Marie graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a Master of Laws (LLM) in 2012 and is currently completing her Professional Practice Course with the Law Society of Ireland.
A native of Castlebar, Marie is also a graduate of National University of Ireland, Galway where she graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree and Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree.
Marie joined Bambury & Company Solicitors in 2014 and has remained with the company ever since. Marie currently works as a Trainee Solicitor and has gained extensive experience in a number of different general practice areas.
Marie has a keen interest in Probate and Administration of Estates. Her main areas of practice also include Personal Injury Litigation, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Conveyancing and Property Transactions and Family Law.
